  • Candidates: Name, email, phone, resume, work history, education, skills, job preferences and public facing information off your personal LinkedIn profile. 

  • Employers: Company name, role, contact info, job descriptions, team details and public facing information off your personal LinkedIn profile. 

 
Automatically Collected Data

  • Device type, browser, IP address, referral URLs, and usage data (e.g., pages viewed, clicks, session length)

 
Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • We use cookies and similar tools to personalize your experience, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. You can adjust your cookie settings in your browser.

2. how we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Match candidates and employers in real time

  • Improve the relevance of job recommendations

  • Deliver platform updates and notifications
