At Pairpath Inc., we aim to provide a seamless and valuable experience through our AI-powered hiring platform. This Refund Policy explains how we handle payments, subscriptions, and refund requests for our services.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All purchases made through Pairpath, including subscriptions and premium features, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or required by law.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Pairpath may offer monthly, annual, or custom subscription plans for employers and partners. By subscribing, you agree to:
  • Pay recurring fees as disclosed at checkout
  • Be billed automatically at the start of each renewal period
  • Cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid additional charges
We do not offer refunds for unused time, partial months, or mid-cycle cancellations.

3. CANCELLATION TERMS

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at billing@pairpath.ai.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period
  • No future charges will be made after cancellation is processed

4. EXCEPTIONS

We may consider refund requests in limited situations, including:
  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental billing errors
  • Technical issues that significantly impact your access to the platform
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at billing@pairpath.ai within 14 days of the charge. All refund decisions are made at Pairpath’s sole discretion.

5. FREE TRIALS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

If your subscription begins with a free trial or promotional discount:
  • You will be notified of the trial period and renewal date before any billing occurs
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges
  • Once billed, the standard refund policy applies

6. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly—please reach out first.
