Welcome to Pairpath. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pairpath’s SaaS AI platform ("Platform"), including any content, features, services, or tools provided through www.pairpath.ai ("Website"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. WHO WE ARE

Pairpath is an AI-powered hiring platform that connects candidates and employers through real-time, data-driven pairing. We are not a job board. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. We provide tools and insights to facilitate better matches and rapid placements.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms

  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Employers must be authorized representatives of a company or organization with valid hiring needs.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may need to create an account to access some features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. USE OF THE PLATFORM

You agree to use Pairpath only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Misrepresent your identity, experience, or role

  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform

  • Post or transmit any misleading, harmful, or unlawful content

  • Use Pairpath for spam, solicitation, or advertising without permission

  • Pairpath reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT (IF APPLICABLE)

Employers may access the Platform through paid subscription plans. Payment terms, billing frequency, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at time of purchase.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Pairpath owns all intellectual property related to the Platform, including trademarks, code, algorithms, design, and content.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you submit information (such as job listings, profiles, feedback, or resumes), you grant Pairpath a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Platform.
You are solely responsible for content you submit and its accuracy.

8. AI-POWERED MATCHING

Our AI models are designed to pair candidates and roles based on skills, experience, and other criteria. While we strive for relevance and fairness, Pairpath does not guarantee:

  • Interview selection

  • Hiring outcomes

  • Accuracy of employer or candidate data

9. PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Pairpath makes no warranties—express or implied—about:

  • Availability or uptime

  • Suitability of matches

  • Hiring outcomes

  • Data accuracy

Pairpath is not liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunity resulting from use of the Platform.​

11. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time. Pairpath may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to platform integrity.

12. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
